What you have here is a Maidu style war aze , this is Similar to the wood working tool but made so fancy it no-longer is for utilitarian use and strictly for dance or fighting . It is made of antler , sinew , and stone elaborate scrimshaw though out . An amazing work of art that is fully functional fourths intended use.
