This is an OEM used, header panel for a 1981-1983 Buick Regal.  Item is used and as such has road wear.  Header panel does have some surface rust on it.  Please look over the pictures carefully.
Hardware not included.
Item is too big to ship UPS, needs to go freight; shipping would be determined by address.
